In your free time you can explore one of the walking trails where you can breathe fresh air, connect with nature and yourself. You might be lucky and cross paths with the giraffes or zebras. Or simply relax next to the pool, sit on the deck or book a massage. 

This retreat is designed to help you connect and depart feeling rested with stress releasing implementation tools for home.

Lize Richmond

I have always been strong and resilient. I never thought I could crash and burn out; BUT I DID and it changed my life. I recovered and decided to follow my passion to help others.

I qualified as a transformation life coach and now I am teaching others how to look after themselves, release limiting subconscious beliefs and learn to live life to the fullest.

My path in therapy started out at a young age, but my journey really began when I studied to be a yoga teacher and practitioner in Rishikesh India.  This life changing experience had a magic and profound impact on my sense of holistic well-being.
