I have always been strong and resilient. I never thought I could crash and burn out; BUT I DID and it changed my life. I recovered and decided to follow my passion to help others.
I qualified as a transformation life coach and now I am teaching others how to look after themselves, release limiting subconscious beliefs and learn to live life to the fullest.

My path in therapy started out at a young age, but my journey really began when I studied to be a yoga teacher and practitioner in Rishikesh India. This life changing experience had a magic and profound impact on my sense of holistic well-being.
Since then, I have been sharing and guiding others on their journeys with yoga, body work and deep connection with nature. There is true self - development and joy through caring for oneself and others.
